Wednesday has added some star power as Steve Buscemi has been casted for season 2 of the Netflix series.
The 66-year-old actor will be joining forces with lead actress Jenna Ortega - who was recently seen in the Beetlejuice 2 trailer - for the highly-anticipated second season according to a Tuesday report from Variety.
Details about his character have not been revealed but the publication claims that he will play the new principal of Nevermore Academy.
Not much us known about the return of the Jenna Ortega Netflix series other than 21-year-old star Jenna will be back in her titular role of the Addams Family daughter in her teenage years.
Buscemi is an accomplished actor of both the big and small screen as he was the lead in critically-acclaimed HBO series Boardwalk Empire from 2010 to 2014.

The spin-off about the Addams Family focuses on the gothic teenager Wednesday as she moves into boarding school Nevermore Academy.
In an interview with Tudum.com at the time, Creators/Showrunners/Executive Producers Alfred Gough and Miles Millar said: 'It's been incredible to create a show that has connected with people across the world.
'Thrilled to continue Wednesday's tortuous journey into season two.
'We can't wait to dive head first into another season and explore the kooky spooky world of Nevermore. Just need to make sure Wednesday hasn't emptied the pool first.'
Upon its debut week streaming in November 2022, the show racked up a record-making 341.2million viewing hours, beating Stranger Things, according to Netflix.
On December 13, 2022 the Tim Burton-helmed show crossed the 1B hours viewed mark.

Netflix said in a tweet at the time: 'Wednesday now holds the record for most hours viewed in a week for an English-language series on Netflix, with 341.2 MILLION HOURS!'
'The series — starring Jenna Ortega from EPs Tim Burton, Al Gough & Miles Millar — is #1 in 83 countries, tying the record set by Stranger Things 4.'
It landed on Netflix in November and propelled straight to the top of the most watched list, beating the likes of The Crown, 1899 and Dead to Me.
The spooky drama sees Catherine Zeta-Jones playing the unique Morticia, and her husband Gomez played by Luis Guzmán, along with Uncle Fester (Fred Armisen) and Pugsley (Isaac Ordonez).
Christina Ricci, who starred as Wednesday in The Addams Family (1991) and Addams Family Values (1993) also plays a cameo in the Netflix show as teacher Miss Thornhill
