Mr. Olive has practiced in the area of Personal Injury Law for 23 years. During that time, he has concluded more than 7,000 cases through settlement, mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal. Mr. Olive's hard work and devotion to the law is established by his membership in The Million Dollar Advocates Forum,* one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the nation. Membership in this organization is restricted to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Less than 1% of lawyers in the United States are members of the group.
In December 2004, Mr. Sanchez relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina. In May 2005, after obtaining his North Carolina law license, he began working with The Olive Law Firm as head of the Workers' Compensation department. Since then, he has built his practice from the ground up and has handled more than 1,000 Workers' Compensation cases.
Our practice is exclusively plaintiff oriented with the goal of providing excellent client service, maximizing recoveries and keeping to a minimum the sometimes abusive and callous practices of insurance companies. Mr. Sanchez is proud to meet and speak with all of his clients on a regular basis. He enjoys meeting his clients at home and often accompanies them to medical appointments, to help them deal with specific medical concerns. We encourage you to call him at any time. Ms. Brooks joined our law firm in August, 2011, after earning her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Charlotte School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Brooks' academic achievements were acknowledged when she was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Honors Society and the Order of the Crown Honors Society. While a student in law school, Ms. Brooks served as a Senior Editor on the Charlotte Law Review, Pro Bono Student Ambassador and Research and Teaching Assistant. Ms. Brooks also acquired a wealth of experience serving as a clerk for a District Court Judge and working at Legal Services of Southern Piedmont, where she represented underprivileged clients in seeking their right to unemployment benefits.
Ms. Brooks enjoys frequently meeting and speaking with all her clients and believes in giving each of them the personal attention they deserve.
